Rural setting in a city. Lots of lovely walks at your doorstep whether it be along the coastal walkway or straight up into the hills. The unit is small and cosy, probably more suitable to two adults.
I am retired Maths and PE teacher who loves golf, pickleball, tennis ,gardening and walking our 2 mini schnauzers.
Set at the foot of the Port Hills with walking/running tracks outside the door. The Unit is alongside a large Park, and also a dog park just through the gate. There is a small beach and yacht club at the end of the street and Sumner beach is 1km away. 10 minutes drive to the City.
