A rural, tranquil escape nestled in the beautiful Kauaeranga Valley, only 5km to the Thames township. The Kauaeranga Valley offers a variety of walking trails (including the popular Pinnacles walk), mountain bike tracks, and numerous swimming holes making it a great location to both be adventurous or unwind. The nearby Hauraki Rail Trail is also an option for a more leisurely day's adventure. Otherwise put your feet up, rest, and relax amongst the hills. A spacious 30sqm one-bedroom studio with generous bathroom and kitchenette that contains everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchenette includes all crockery, a small fridge, jug, toaster, Air Fryer and microwave for your cooking requirements. Also tea, coffee and sugar supplied. All linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels). A large, enclosed deck provides extra living space to enjoy a glass of bubbles and soak in the view. This property is fully fenced, and parking allows for a vehicle and trailer, or a campervan. The studio is located on the hosts property approximately 100m from the main home. Hosts have two dogs of their own. Pets: we understand pets are a part of the family so please enquire with more details if you have a furry friend you would like to bring along. Pets are strictly prohibited from being on the bed or couch.
