Seaview Escape is the ultimate beachfront holiday spot, and has arguably one of the best views in Whangamata. The location truly is unbeatable - you're only 1.5km to town centre. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a classic "retro-bach" feel, while the bathrooms have both been updated from the original to give a more more modern touch. At the back of the house, you'll find plenty of space for a game of cricket, ample parking for your vehicles, and enough room for a large boat. Please note that there is no garage. *We allow children of all ages, but please note - the property is not fenced.* Suitable for up to 8 guests. Plenty of off street parking, including boat parking. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All food must be removed. All rubbish must be neatly bagged. BBQ must be left clean.
