BED CONFIGURATION is EITHER super king OR twin single beds. Please confirm your preference. (same day bookings will default to super king).
The guest suite is attached to the main dwelling, you have your own entrance, with self-check in, meaning you have full privacy and are free to come and go at your convenience.
However, because if the close proximity we cannot cater for young children do to noise consideration and ask that you respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
Bed linen is quality cotton. All linen, protectors, quilts and blankets are freshly laundered for every guest.
The suite has its own ensuite with shower and toilet and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. No cooktop. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk is included.
33" Smart HD TV with Freeview and Netflix. Unlimited ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
Air conditioning provides warmth in winter, cooling in summer.
NOTE: This is one of two guest accommodations on site. (both accommodate 1-2 guests) You will share the driveway and have your own allocated parking for one vehicle.
The second accommodation (Garden Studio) is a separate space detached from the main house. These guests have their own space and are completely separate from you.
You are welcome to use the dedicated outdoor pergola area.
I have been hosting for many years and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. I like to travel as much as possible, and when I am home, I enjoy spending time in my garden.
If I'm available when you arrive, I'll meet you and help you with your check in. Otherwise please check yourself in with the key lockbox. Feel free to let me know if I there is anything else you need. Otherwise, I will respect your privacy and allow you your own space.
We are in the beautiful suburb of Matua and handy to the beach, parks, shops, a 10-minute drive to city, and 15 minutes to Mount Maunganui
