Property info

Relax in modern accommodation with bohemian touches whilst watching the clouds roll over the hills and the black cows graze. Comfortable, contemporary, and private. I lives adjacent with my art studio on site. Also a creative gardener you'll have green views from inside and the deck with breakfast seating and an outdoor bath. A short walk to the village. Don't be fooled by the suburban address. This is a gem for those of us wanting something a little different with heart soul and taste! A small kitchenette with microwave and all crockery and utensils you will need offers the possibility of staying in! Otherwise there are restaurants and cafes within ten minutes walk. Wifi, Netflix and apps are available. The guest suite is at one end of my house but is totally separate and quite private. Studio 40 has a separate entrance with key lock box if I am not at home or you arrive late. Otherwise I will be there to welcome you

Neighborhood info

Historic Coromandel Town is a haven for talented artists and craftspeople who have moved here from around New Zealand. The town has a unique character, soul and ambience reflecting art and heritage. Arrive by ferry after a journey across the Hauraki Gulf from Auckland or by road on the winding Pohutukawa Coast from Thames. Studio 40 is ten minutes walk from the town. There are many and various walks within a short distance and beaches a short drive away.
