Studio 531 is a fully self-contained cottage, mainly used for short-term stays but we welcome longer-term visitors too. It is near the owners' house and guests' privacy is respected, but we are here if needed. The property is on 1.25 acres of native bush and elevated sea views. It has a pull out sofa bed for one extra guest and a fully-equipped kitchen and outside barbecue for relaxed meals on the deck.
We (Julie and Ris) are newcomers to the Coromandel. We returned to NZ in February 2018 after two years away in Australia, the US and England. We are NZ and UK citizens, and lived in NZ for a decade before travelling, so know a lot about NZ. We love meeting new people and will do our utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Studio 531 is on a quiet no-exit road 2.5km from Coromandel town.The studio is on a large section with bush views looking out to Te Kuoma Harbour and across to the Pohutakawa Coast. Come and explore our bush with a 5-10 minute walk down to the quiet beach and get close to nature. We have stunning sunsets and the quiet neighbourhood makes this a very relaxing place to stay .
