Full-time engineer. Myself and my business partner Lenny Manage the Rental. Self check-in. Keys provided on a password locker outside unit.

You'll love this unique escape. Great location close to Airport and CBD. Features: fully equipped kitchen, niched tiled bathroom, foldable desk/work station, built-in mirror wardrobe, laundry dryer/washer cabinet, dimmable lights and a heat pump. Private covered outdoor area with hammock, decking, outdoor dinning , Spa Bath, bbq and outdoor heating. 1 parking places available in the driveway. -Fully contained Studio Unit with Spa Bath. Guest access The Studio and it’s own outdoor area. Other things to note Airport pickup/drop off available on request for an extra charge if I am available. Self check-in. Keys provided on a password locker outside unit. Check in after 2 pm. and checkout before 10 am. The studio has a Queen-size bed and a sofa bed, if extra inflatable mattresses are needed. Please me know.

Neighborhood info

Racecourse in front of the house , it’s great for a walk or run. Every Sunday there is a big market on the Racecourse . Quiet street as there are no neighbors, there is stream with ducks on one side and a pre-school on the other side. Great location close to Airport (8 min drive) and CBD (12 min drive), malls (Riccarton, Hornby and Wigram shops).
