The studio is small but cozy, set out in Pink and Grey accents, you have your own private entrance through a tropical court yard there are a few steps up to the studio which may cause difficulty's with mobility issues. The studio is open plan consisting of a well equipped kitchenette with microwave/convection oven cooking a two ring plug in stove top, there is seated area to dine at with two stools. A wardrobe, sofa, flat screen tv and a double bed in a alcove. A separate shower room with toilet and sink. A beautiful deck with table and chairs overlooking the harbour . The accommodation is self catering and there is a well equipped Kitchenette with a microwave/convection oven a two ring cook top to make meals a toaster and kettle, a half size fridge a sink/dishes rack for you to wash and dry dishes. On the deck is a BBQ and a drying rack to hang your swimsuits etc. There head height restrictions in the studio for people over 6 foot 3 due to tracked lighting. Access is to the left of the main house follow the path and through the black metal gate into the beautiful tropical courtyard and up into the studio. Please no smoking anywhere, and note there are six steps up to the studio

Hi Welcome to Omokoroa. My family and I moved here from the England in 2006, we have two lovely grown up children. My husband and I are well traveled and know the value of staying in accommodation where the hosts are welcoming, easily contactable, our aim is to make our guests feel comfortable. We are friendly professional couple who are passionate about our beautiful piece of paradise. During your stay we will be available if you require any help or advice but otherwise keep out of your way. We do have two dogs on the property.

We are in a quiet residential area and the studio is separate to the main house but close by. We do ask that guests are considerate about noise and coming and goings. Enjoy the quietness and the beautiful view over the harbour, enjoy the stunning sunsets from your deck. We are in the old part of omokoroa on the peninsula, there are a variety of restaurants including The local Bar and Eatery, The address (Indian). Alma (Italian) great for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. fish and chips and chinese takeaway, Pizza's and The Boat club. We have a fresh choice supermarket , Laundromat. two dairy’s ,Beautiful hot pools, the beach is close by and its safe for swimming, fishing from the wharf. , skate park , flying fox, kids play area , tennis courts at the local school. A golf club, Pharmacy and a liquor store . There are great walking and cycling paths in the area too. Bring your walking shoes, swimming gear, bicycles ,kayaks, paddlboards or golf clubs and explore this beautiful peninsula and surrounding areas. An easy drive to Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and a great base for trips to Waihi, Rotorua, Matamata (Hobbiton) and more.
