Sunset over Roy is an incredibly stylish, luxurious apartment located in the brand new Apartment complex, directly across from the Wanaka Lakefront and Marina, central Wanaka. Furnished by local designer Melanie Craig, this stunningly contemporary apartment has been presented at its absolute best. From the sleek kitchen, through the living area and out onto the deck with seating wrapping a second schist fireplace you will be delighted by the spectacular lake views over Roys Bay to the Wanaka Village and mountains beyond.
