Just 10 minutes from Wānaka, The Artist’s House NZ is a creative and immersive accommodation experience offering a truly unique stay. The house can be booked in its entirety, with 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests (with an optional extra bed for a 7th guest) or individual rooms can be booked separately, creating a relaxed mini lodge atmosphere where travellers can connect, share spaces, and enjoy the experience together. The Artist’s House is just ten minutes from Wānaka, a wilderness playground for adventurous travellers! Here we are surrounded by world-class vineyards and great cafés; stunning walking tracks for all levels, major hikes and climbs; biking trails from challenging mountain terrain to the gentle rail trail; fabulous golf courses and art galleries; lake and river cruises; and, did we mention the stunning scenery again...? There are even racing tracks for fast car lovers, along with a vast selection of healers and wellness experiences, from the mystical to classic spa treatments. The house sits on an acre of land alongside the gentle Luggate Creek, a private haven with expansive mountain and sky views. There’s a beautiful 5km loop track to walk or run beside the stunning Clutha River, which flows from the Southern Alps all the way to the east coast of New Zealand. There’s also a small local pub nearby… and espresso coffee waiting for you in the house :)
