Welcome to The Batch... This modern, newly built residence offers an exceptional standard of comfort, space and convenience to the heart of Coromandel Town. With 3 spacious bedrooms master bedroom with Super-King bed and ensuite, other 2 bedrooms having queen size beds it is ideal for family getaways or a group of friends to enjoy. The open plan kitchen features a generous island bench and butlers pantry making it highly practical and a fantastic cooking/entertaining space. Comfort is assured all year round with the ducted heating/cooling system, a premium feature rarely found in traditional holiday homes in the area. Then we have the outdoor living, a fully fenced private yard with beautiful landscaping while entertaining on the large deck complete with a Archgola allowing sheltered entertaining in most weather conditions. And for the keen fisherman there is parking for the boat behind a locked gate onsite.
