The property is not fully fenced, and there are farm animals in the paddocks, so if you wish to bring a dog, it must be stock-friendly - and must be kept out of the paddocks. A pet-fee will apply. Horses may also be welcome - this must be discussed with us prior, as per our pet policy. There are 2 fenced and roughed paddocks with shelter, and clean 300L troughs. There are also penning facilities and a 50m round pen for training. Please note - the property does not have a washing machine, but there are 2 laundromats nearby in Whangamata. There is no guest access to the garage. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Hot Tub: The hot tub is chemical-free. This means that you will need to fill and heat the hot tub before you use it, and empty it when you have finished. It can take a few hours to heat to your desired temperature.
