Tui and Kereru often dive and sweep through the mature trees, filling the garden with charming birdsong. Please note: The Lancewoods is currently undergoing a mini-makeover (new carpets and some style updates). We will update the listing photos as soon as the updates are complete, but please note that the decor upon your arrival will be a fresh, upgraded version of what you see here now. Bedrooms: The house is setup to accommodate your group across two-levels: - Downstairs: the main floor features the open plan living area and provides access to two separate bedrooms (the primary bedroom with a Queen bed, and the room with the two, Single beds) - Upstairs: you'll find a spacious mezzanine bedroom (with a Queen bed) overlooking the living area. Important note on the bathroom layout: Please be aware that the toilet is accessed through the bathroom/ laundry. We understand that this is not an ideal layout for some groups, but it is something that we can not easily change. We want you to be aware of this layout before your stay. Outdoor area: Step out onto the deck to enjoy views overlooking our idyllic back yard - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening meal and a fishpond and a cubby house for the kids. This accommodation offers private check-in and check-out, free WiFi, and private parking. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, heat pump, and laundry facilities.
