Our property is located approx 7 mins drive from town. Although we are a walkable distance from our local restaurant 'Monkey Farm' and superette 'On the Spot ' we recommend the use of a vehicle to drive into the centre of town.

About us - Trudie & Jason Kia ora! We’re a family of five and have called Wānaka home for over 20 years. Having raised our children here, we know all the best-kept secrets, trails, and activities this paradise has to offer. We love being outdoors—whether it’s snowboarding in winter, mountain biking in summer, or enjoying sunny days on the lake. I also love playing Pickleball! We’d be thrilled to share our favorite local spots and help make your stay memorable.

Our home is perched on an elevated street in one of Wānaka’s newest developments. We have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and rolling hills, that make this alpine town so special. For nature lovers, the beautiful Clutha River is just a 4-minute drive away, ( also walkable from our property ) along with the popular Outlet Track—perfect for a peaceful riverside walk. We are only a 15-minute walk to Monkey Farm, a local favourite for brunch, dinner, or craft beer, and 'On The Spot' superette is there too, for all your everyday essentials. Wānaka township is approx a 7 minute drive away, where you’ll find boutique shopping, lakefront dining, and access to the stunning shores of Lake Wānaka. Whether you're here to explore the outdoors or simply relax and unwind, our neighbourhood offers the perfect peaceful base for your stay.
