We welcome you to enjoy our beautiful and unique tiny home, nestled at the back of a private section, in a sunny and peaceful location of Diamond Harbour. Relax and unwind on the large outdoor deck with a morning coffee, or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Port hills. At night you can retreat to the 'cosy nook' loft space where you can enjoy some time reading or playing games. Fall asleep star gazing through the skylight above the bed. The tiny home is light and bright and is made with good quality materials. It has a bifold kitchen window over a large fire clay farmhouse sink and bamboo bench top. A full size kitchen with 4-hob gas stove and electric oven, with an extractor fan above. A large fridge/freezer and a pull out table top. Equipped with a nespresso delonghi coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods, made in NZ and 100% recyclable. The bathroom has a generous sized gas hot water shower with natural slate walls and a high quality porcelain eco-friendly toilet. The bedroom with a queensize bed and 'cosy nook' relaxing space are upstairs. A heatpump keeps it warm in winter and cool in summer. The modern french style doors open up to a large deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining.

The Tiny home is a 3-minute walk to the essential services such as NPD petrol station, Four Square Supermarket, Salt Fish n' Chip shop and Two Thumb Brewery and Restaurant (they make great wood-fired pizzas and craft beer). You can access the beautiful cliff track half way along the street, where you can wander along for approximately 30 minutes to the Diamond Harbour ferry service. A 10-minute trip across the harbour will see you arrive in Lyttelton where you can access other great eateries and bars and visit the local farmers market on a Saturday morning. There is lots to do in the area. A stylish coffee shop called Soulful makes great coffee, smoothies and real fruit ice-cream. Beautiful beaches only a 10 minute drive away. Plenty of walking tracks, including Mt Herbert - a lovely day hike with stunning views of Lyttelton Harbour from the top. You can also pop down to Orton Bradley Park, a 10 minute drive to lovely bush walking tracks, beautiful green space and a lovely cafe.
