Nestled in a beautiful tree-lined area of Wanaka with a view of our magnificent mountains, Villa @23 is only a 5 minute walk to Wanaka Lake and The Wanaka Tree, and a 5 minute drive to the centre of Wanaka township. Villa @23 is a self-contained apartment built only 1 year ago with quality facilities. Secure and secluded, you will enjoy a large living area, private outdoor patio with use of a Weber BBQ, kitchenette, bathroom and 2 bedrooms for your private use. A continental breakfast is provided every morning of your stay and tea, coffee and biscuits are available at all times, with a microwave and refrigerator in the apartment for your use. Free WiFi, a flat screen TV, free toiletries and hairdryer add to the ease and comfort of your stay.
Welcome to Villa @23! We have lived in Wanaka over 5 years, owning a holiday house here for many years before that. We enjoy meeting and talking with people which made adding on a separate apartment and opening a B&B a perfect choice for us. Passionate about Wanaka and the surrounding area, we are committed to ensuring that you get the most out of your stay with us and take home many awesome memories. Possessing a great local knowledge, we can help you discover the places and plan the activities which will most appeal to you. Similarly if you just want a relaxing and stress-free holiday, this is the place for you!
Villa @23 is located in a secluded,residential area of Wanaka, surrounded by hiking and cycling tracks, ski fields (Treble Cone and Cardrona are both just a 20 minute drive away), a golf course and of course the lakeside, so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained! Awesome cafes and restaurants are just a walk away, as are the boutique shops of Wanaka.
