Escape to this light-filled home in the heart of Point Wells, one of the Matakana Coast's most peaceful seaside villages. With a generous open living area that flows out to a large covered deck, it's made for slow mornings with coffee and long evenings with a glass of local wine - whatever the weather.<br /><br />The home comfortably sleeps a couple or small family, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and that all-season covered deck for outdoor dining, reading, or simply listening to the birdsong.
