Nestled in one of Wanaka’s most sought-after locations, this spacious family home sleeps up to 9 guests (11 with cottage) and sits on a stunning 3,183 m² park-like section. Just a short stroll to Bremner Bay and the Eely Point walking tracks, you’ll enjoy the best of Wanaka’s lakefront lifestyle. The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable lounge with a large open fireplace — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring or on the slopes. Large windows bring in plenty of sun and garden views. Additional spaces include a media/library room for quiet downtime and a sunny conservatory with piano — ideal for morning coffee or unwinding. Outside, the expansive veranda is perfect for alfresco dining, while the large lawns offer plenty of space for kids and games. There’s also a table tennis table for all-ages fun. Surrounded by mature trees, the grounds feel private and peaceful, yet you’re within easy walking distance to town via the lake track. Comfort is covered year-round with heating throughout (including underfloor in the main house), plus a full laundry and ski/boot storage. In summer, enjoy the private swimming pool (Nov–Mar). Bedrooms & bathrooms The main house sleeps 9 across four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms: • Master: Queen bed with ensuite • Bedrooms 2 & 3: Two singles or king on request (shared bathroom) • Bedroom 4: Super King (or twins) + single daybed, with private toilet A separate self-contained cottage (queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, lounge) sleeps 2 more — perfect for extra privacy. Important: Add a 10th guest to your booking to include the cottage. Other features: • Parking for 3–4 vehicles • Storage for skis, bikes, gear Guests have exclusive access to the property, and we’re always available if needed.

Eely Point is one of Wanaka’s most desirable and peaceful neighbourhoods, known for its beautiful lakeside setting and relaxed, local feel. Tucked just off the main lakefront, it offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. You’re only a short stroll to the edge of Lake Wanaka, with easy access to swimming spots, pebble beaches, and stunning views across to the mountains. The nearby reserve and walking tracks around Eely Point are ideal for a morning walk, run, or bike ride, winding right along the lake’s edge. Wanaka town centre is also within easy reach — either a scenic 20 minute walk along the lakefront track or a quick 5-minute drive. There you’ll find great cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and boutique shops. It’s a quiet, established area with large sections, mature trees, and a laid-back atmosphere — perfect for unwinding while still being close to everything Wanaka has to offer.
