A stunning private retreat nestled on our 10 acre farmlet, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of city life but only 25 mins to central Christchurch, the airport, and the gateway to all the outdoor activities in the Canterbury region. Enjoy a stroll in the shared gardens around our large unfencedpond which attracts many bird species throughout the year. Say hello to the sheep and chickens, and if you're lucky you might even see our elusive cat and dogs. There is a private outdoor decked area where you can enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun. The modern cottage is warm and cosy with a heatpump, and gasfire to warm you up on the cooler winter evenings. The two bedrooms each have a queensized bed, with an additional single bed in the second room.

We enjoy sharing our property with visitors and helping them get the best from their stay.

Ohoka/Wetheral is a beautiful, established area with many tree lined roads close to the wineries and wedding venues of North Canterbury. The mountains are close by for outdoor activities such as hiking, ski-ing and mountain biking. The Ohoka market is a Friday morning tradition where you can collect local produce and grab a coffee with the locals.
