Wharenui is a rustic 7-bedroom villa, set only 5 minutes from Arrowtown. On 11.5 acres of land, this home features a tennis court, swimming pool, spa pool, sauna & big gardens. The main home has 5 bedrooms, an open fireplace & a pool table. A separate stone cottage on the property hosts 2 bedrooms & a second lounge space with another fireplace. In the main house, the extremely spacious living room has a large roaring open fire, large entertainment system and a pool table, and enjoys gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. There is also a seperate cosy den with an additional open fire which offers a more intimate space for relaxing, reading or watching TV. The kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for families to come together, with a table large enough for the whole group to dine together. In summer, you can open up the french doors onto the terrace and dine under the pergola while you enjoy the late warm evenings next to the outdoor fireplace and admire the stars in this rural setting. For our outdoor lovers, the property also has a swimming pool, tennis court, spa pool, an expansive lawn and bubbling stream. With so much outdoor space, the children will certainly never run out of space to play at this beautiful home!
