Your classic Kiwi beach holiday starts here. Space, sunshine, and all the charm of an old-school Whangamatā bach, this family-friendly getaway is made for sandy feet, and easy days by the sea. Set on a large flat section less than 500 metres from the beach, there’s plenty of room for the whole crew to relax and spread out. The kids can play outside while the adults fire up the BBQ after a day in the surf. Best of all, you’re only a quick 2-minute drive from the town centre, cafés, shops, and local favourites. Inside, the home has a relaxed and welcoming feel with four generous bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The upstairs lounge is ideal for teens, movie nights, or a quiet retreat after busy beach days. Williamson Getaway offers the perfect base for groups of up to 10 guests. Hotel-quality linen is provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Room Configuration - Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 4: 1 x King-Single bed, 1x Single set of bunks, 1x rollaway bed (suitable for a child only) House Rules and Information - Parking: 5+ x off street parking, including boat parking. There is a garage which can be used for storing water-sports gear etc, however it is not lockable and there is no room to park a vehicle inside. It is out of sight from the road. *Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
