The Algarve is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Beside the beneficial climate and cuisine of the Atlantic coast, being able to live here means having the opportunity to slow down, enjoy the maritime nature and savour the Portuguese way of life. Almost everyone who visits will find themselves toying with the idea of simply staying forever. We were no different. And thus sevencollection was born. It all began in Salema 25 years ago with our first little fisherman’s cottage. Today, it is the second and third generations, who refurbish and build individual properties on the Algarve. For those seeking their very own home away from home – so both holidaymakers and Portuguese natives alike. For a natural environment for which we all share responsibility. Nowadays sevencollection portugal offers holiday homes in Carvoeiro and in Praia da Salema.

Property info

Casa Sol 14 can be rented completely for 6 guests or individually as a larger apartment for 4 and a smaller studio in the lower part for 2 guests. Apartment 1: The spacious, light-flooded and elegant living-dining area with a very well equipped fitted kitchen and fireplace offers space for up to four people. The large sliding doors let the light curtains blow airily and lead outside to the outdoor kitchen with grill and seating area. Downstairs there are two separate and quiet bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom, ideal for befriended couples, families with children or those who spend the winter. Here too, the direct route outside onto the shaded terrace. Apartment 2: The small but fine studio, fully equipped with a double bed, separate pantry kitchen, tasteful seating area and comfortable dining area, can also be accessed separately via a side staircase through the pool area. The terrace right in front of the door invites you to relax and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The private pool with loungers invites you to relax, read and dream. If both apartments are used separately by different guests, both parties share access to the pool.

Neighborhood info

Carvoeiro was once a fishing village. However, unlike the more modest, more reserved Salema, Carvoeiro is now known as an international vacation spot. Bathers and over winterers, families with children and cheerful seniors: the small town with around 2,900 inhabitants lives from tourism and is one of the largest vacation spots in the Algarve. Nevertheless, it has managed to keep its Portuguese charm - our Casas de Carvoeiro are designed with this in mind, with spacious rooms and terraces. Elegant, with a special eye for the detail and far into the distance towards the sea. Only a few minutes walk from the lively center and the beach you can find quiet and relaxation.
