The house is fully equipped and includes bed and bath linens, and toiletries for the first day. The twin room can be converted into a double king size bedroom upon request in advance. It can be placed in the common room until 2 extra beds, increasing the accommodation capacity to 6 people. This option needs to be communicated to us in advance and additional costs may be charged for each extra bed.
We are present in the house to welcome guests and give them the keys (it is necessary to inform us what the time of arrival will be). We respect the privacy of the guests during the stay but we are available for any support the guests requested.
The neighborhood is quiet and predominantly of permanent residence, so that will provide guests with the real experience of a local community. There is free public parking available in the area and it's at 2-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the town center, where there is another access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc.
