T2 well furnished, located in a very quiet area near Praia da Oura, located in a closed condominium, with large swimming pool and children's playground. It is great for a relaxing holiday close to the sea, just 1000 m away. This apartment is suitable for those traveling with children and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with: -dishwasher, -washing machine, -coffee machine, -oven and electric hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), 2 balconies, a large balcony with a table to enjoy meals and another balcony overlooking the pool. Included: Wi-Fi, A/C, cable TV and Netflix. The apartment has 1 parking space in the garage, several spaces inside the closed residence as well as on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
