Villa Serenity is an amazing and modern 6-bedroom holiday home in central Albufeira Old Town, just along from the main square and a few minutes walk from the Beachs of "Praia do Peneco" and "Praia dos Pescadores". With an unbeatable location, This newly refurbished 2 floor property is the perfect holiday home for get away with family or friends. There are 6 bedrooms all of wich have en-suite shower rooms and each room has two twin beds (wich can be made into a King size bed). There is also an extra guest toilet on the top floor. After entering on street level and going up to the first floor, you will find 4 of the en-suite bedrooms and a sitting area. The top floor of the property house the final 2 en-suite bedrooms, an open plan living/dining room which is overlooked by the modern and fully equipped kitchen and there is also a separate service toilet on this floor. The living area has a TV with satellite channels and allows you to lounge comfortably, while the kitchen/dining area. Two glass doors from this room lead onto a balcony overlooking the old cobbled walking street to the old square. Villa Serenity includes free fibre optic Wi-Fi, Air-Conditioning and TV in every bedroom

This property has an incredibly central location, and is situated on a bustling walking street in Old Town, Albufeira. At one end of this street is the Albufeira bus station and taxi rank (approximately 5 minutes walk) where you will find a "Spar maket", and in the other direction, just 2 minutes is the Old Square, and the beaches can be reached by walking for 5 minutes. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops around the Old Square and on summer evenings there are normally entertainers in the centre and live music inside a selection of the bars. Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira "Giro" with several routes around town and local taxis wich are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
