A moradia é nova, está localizada numa zona muito calma e tranquila, podendo usufruir-se da natureza, com chilreio dos pássaros e um lindo por do sol.
Esta moradia está localizada numa das zonas mais pitorescas de São Miguel, com clima muito ameno, acesso direto ao mar para bons banhos (temperatura da água entre 21 e 23 graus), a zona de banhos está a uma distancia de 20 minutos a pé e 5 minutos de carro. Existem também duas das melhores praias de S. Miguel a uma distância de 15 minutos, com bar e possibilidade de refeições à beira-mar.
