The apartment is air-conditioned & situated on the Ocean Front. The promenade out front stretches the length of the beach and is full of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, a post office and pharmacy. The newsagents have English newspapers available daily. The apartment has very high quality finishes and is very spacious throughout. It is approx 85 m2 (900 sq ft.) There is a large kitchen, a very large living room with CableTV, leading to the south facing terrace which has uninterrupted views of the ocean. Here you can have your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunshine taking in views of the activity on the beach and in the ocean. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a brilliant shower, the other bedroom is also a double. There is also a large bathroom just off the entrance hallway. We have secure underground parking and a swimming pool which faces out to the ocean. This apartment is truly magnificent and suitable for all age groups.
My name is Stephanie and I am a Portugese resident. I have 2 children and I like the beach and the beautiful weather . My hobbies are swimming and yoga . I love good food and wine which the Algarve has in abundance .
Quarteria is conveniently located between Vilamoura (5 mins) and Vale De Lobo (10 mins). There is a full range of leisure facilities including golf courses, beaches and a water park, all close by. The promenade is full of restaurants and hideaway bars in side streets in and around the old town of Quarteria. The fish and fruit market is well worth a visit in the early mornings . Some of the restaurants are Mama Mia's , Girasol's and Bem Boms. There is a lovely beachfront walk connecting Quarteria to Vilamoura , about 20 mins walk. This is a definite must when visiting, again you will be spoilt for choice with food and restaurants around the Marina. Adjacent to our beach front apartment is a beautiful children's playground.
