Welcome to my home! This delightful 500 m2 It has four-storey property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It has a breathtaking sea view and parking inside the property. On the bottom floor, you’ll find a fully glazed living space that opens up to mesmerizing pool and garden views. A handy little annexe is also equipped with a washing machine and fridge. Up on the first floor, discover a bedroom featuring two comfortable single beds and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, heating, and ample storage. A shared bathroom down the hall is stocked with essentials for your convenience. The second floor features a cosy sitting area with a TV to watch and relax after a day of exploring the city or gathering around the long dining table. Step out onto the gorgeous balcony, which has a stunning sea view. The kitchen has all the cookware and cutlery you need to whip up delicious meals. On the top floor, you'll find three beautiful bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed and generous storage. A shared bathroom offers everything you need to freshen up. Outside, lounge by the beautiful swimming pool, soak up the sun, or stroll through the lovely garden, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.
