Our company etablished in 2013, currently own and manage 2 ground floor properties with sea view, at 100 meters to the beach in Albufeira. We wish you a great stay in one of our properties with Vacation7, Lda.

Brand new gated residence with only 8 Exclusive Units, very modern, Ocean Chic is a Ground Floor with sea view, 100 meters to the Beach and 300 meters to the Old Town Albufeira (City Centre), with all the restaurants, shops and activities. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. Free wifi and smart tv, air-conditionning, 1 master suite with 160x200 bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, swimming-pool and free parking in the covered garage.
