My Portugal Experience by OCvillas was founded in 2011 in Albufeira by two members. Both with professional experience in the hotel, tourism and travel industry, feeling the need to implement new ideas and invest in the area of hospitality, the well-known Local Accommodation. It was the passion for this project that drove its growth, new investments and improvements. Some 5 million visitors come to the Algarve every year and Albufeira welcomes a large part of them in fine style. Quinta Terruta is a set of 6 apartments, with swimming pool, parking, and spacious garden, shared between the 6, which can be rented together for a family of up to 18 people. All apartments consist of a bedroom with two single beds, which can be transformed into a single double bed. The Acacia apartment is on the ground floor, consisting of a terrace that surrounds it, which provides a privileged view of the pool and garden, ideal for outdoor dining! The Acacia apartment, like all Quinta Terruta apartments, consists of 1 bathroom, 1 spacious living room, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen, and are all equipped with air conditioning.

Located in a very quiet area of Salgados, Quinta Terruta is just a 3/5 minute drive from the famous Praia do Salgados and Praia da Galé. Still in the same direction, Guia's famous Piri-Piri chicken, the Algarve shopping center and other services are 10 minutes away. The famous beaches of São Rafael, Praia dos Arrifes and Praia da Galé, which delight children with the natural pools that form according to the tide, the renowned golf courses or even the quality supermarket "O Apolónia" are just 5 minutes away by car.
