In addition, we offer the additional comfort of private parking, ensuring peace of mind and convenience during your stay. Please note: Check-ins between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. incur a 25euros fee. Check-ins after 10:30 p.m. incur a 35euros fee. The same 35euros fee applies to check-ins before 8:00 AM. All check-in fees are charged upon arrival in cash. The standard check-in time is after 5:00 pm. It can be at any time if the house is available. It must be confirmed in advance. The standard check-out time is 11:00 am. We would like to inform you that, as of January 1, 2025, a new law came into force in the Azores requiring the collection of a tourist tax of 2 euros per night and per guest, during the first 3 nights of stay. This charge will be applied to all guests, except in the exemption situations provided for by law. Exemptions: The following cases are exempt from paying the tax: a) Guests under the age of 13; b) Guests whose stay is motivated by obtaining medical services, for the days necessary for treatment, plus an overnight stay, this exemption extending to the person accompanying the sick guest (even if the companion does not stay overnight at the establishment for health reasons); c) Guests with a physical disability equal to or greater than 60%; d) Residents of the Azores.
