Villa OceanKokia is a charming 6-bedroom Portuguese-style villa located in Santa Eulalia del Rio, just 30 km from Faro Airport. The villa features a beautiful garden, barbecue area, and a games room with ping pong, table football, and a TV. Inside are 4 cozy bedrooms on the ground floor (3 double beds and 1 with 3 singles), most with private toilets. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 more double bedrooms, one with access to a large terrace. There’s a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden terrace, a spacious living room with comfy sofas, a large TV, and a welcoming dining area. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Families are welcome we provide a baby cot and high chair. I’d be happy to welcome you to OceanKokia! Albufeira’s incredible beaches and restaurants are waiting for you 😊

The villa is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from Albufeira’s famous Strip, with its vibrant restaurants and nightlife. Two of the region’s most beautiful beaches, Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália, are also within a 10-minute walk. For your convenience, an Intermarché supermarket is just 400 meters away, and an Aldi is 950 meters from the villa.
