Private, Sun-Kissed 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa. Only a 10 minute Drive from Vilamoura Marina, golf courses and beaches. This sun-kissed 4 bedroom countryside villa offers a beautiful, relaxing holiday for the entire family. Children as well as adults can enjoy themselves in a spacious and safe garden whilst parents relax by the pool. The villa is completely fenced and enclosed all around providing parents and children a stress free and private environment. The living room and dining room are generous in size, tastefully decorated and very bright and airy with sliding french windows and many windows enhancing the incredible sea and countryside views. A large dining table which seats 8 with 3 comfortable cream leather sofas around a log fireplace and TV. The kitchen is modern and has all the accessories, equipment and appliances any family will ever need. Outside next to the kitchen there is a large outdoor table and chairs to seat 8 people, with adjustable awnings giving plenty of shade during the hottest periods of the day; allowing the family to have dinner or lunch alfresco. A damage deposit of 600 Euros is required via Bank Transfer 14 days before arrival.

At Villa Oliandra the property is fully managed; therefore, at any time you may call the managing agent if there is a problem. There is a key safe so that if your flight is late at night you will be able to let yourself in to the property. Otherwise you will be met by the agent who will introduce you to Villa Oliandra so that you have the most amazing holiday.
