The guest rooms have been customized and installed with double windows to reduce the noise from the neighborhood. Guests may still experience some noise in the room, and may not be suitable for those who are extremely sensitive to noise.

This is a walkup property. There is no elevator in the building and the rooms are located on level 1 and level 2

A damage deposit of S$ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
