Studio is part of a beach-front, 5-unit condominium complex in Atami gated community, with 24-hr security. Newly built in Greek islands style and colors. High-end properties in area, Beach has restricted access and is only available to residents and guests. High-end restaurants and shops are locate within short driving distance. All paved roads. Walking distance to high-end restaurant (Los Pelicanos). Beautiful surroundings, with lots of vegetation and wild birds.
The local host lives nearby, only a few minutes from condominium.
Gated-community with 24-hr security. High-end neighborhood. All paved-roads. 50 mins from airport. 40 mins from San Salvador through modern paved highways. 5-10 mins from high-end restaurants. Walking distance from in-compound famous Pelicanos restaurant.
