The most soulful hotel that I have ever been to. Two hours from Phuket town lies Koh Yao Noi, green, peaceful and friendly. Hill House draws from the character of the village and adds some breathless views of the Phang Nga Bay.
After many days of research looking for a unique place to spend a couple of days, I stumbled upon Hill House and booked a room for 2 nights.
We reached the room and were helped to our room immediately. Our room was extremely spacious with wooden interiors, king-sized cosy bed, cupboard with electronic safe and a modern bathroom. The balcony has a large hammock with beautiful views of the Phang Nga bay.
The beach is a 5-mins walk away. As the night sets and activitie cut down, squeeze yourself into your hammock. Hear the sea waves hitting the shore. Even the most luxurious of resorts can't offer you this experience. Try it before anything changes here. I haven't felt sadder leaving a hotel.

We reached the room in the afternoon and were helped to our room immediately. Our room was extremely spacious with wooden interiors, king-sized cosy bed, cupboard with electronic safe and a modern bathroom. The balcony has a large hammock with beautiful views of the Phang Nga bay.
The beach is a 5-mins walk away. As the night sets and activity cut down, squeeze yourself into your hammock. Hear the sea waves hitting the shore, the odd chirp of some bird, the wind blowing merrily and see the trees dancing to its tune.
Even the most luxurious of resorts can't offer you the experience that this modest abode manages to. Try it before anything changes here. I haven't felt sadder leaving a hotel.
