Safe and equipped house for a wonderful holiday! 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and comfortable living room, private garden with outdoor area to relax or eat. In the center of the residential area just 200 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of Makunduchi and the most famous hotels, resorts and restaurants. Minimarket 200 meters away. Possibility to organize excursions to the fantastic beaches nearby or to the many places of interest in Zanzibar. The village of Makunduchi offers breathtaking views with a coral sand beach and with several equipped facilities such as Hotels and Restaurants accessible for a fee. The incredible effect of the tides in Zanzibar in the eastern part of the island makes the views even more special, with local fishermen and women who grow seaweed on the coral reef, not to be missed!!

We are a cheerful and sunny couple who have lived in Zanzibar for many years with a lot of experience in the tourism and hospitality sector having already managed several properties in Zanzibar. We offer a simple but quality service trying to help the guest to have a wonderful holiday by answering various questions and organizing any special requests. Makunduchi is a traditional village of Zanzibar with local life that is intertwined between cultivated tropical countryside and small craft shops and offers a tourist beach of white sand adorned with small and medium tourist facilities.
