• This service is complimentary only for guests who have not availed themselves of the breakfast from the buffet during regular breakfast hours (07:30 AM – 10:30 AM).

• Guests who have already enjoyed the breakfast buffet and wish to avail of Anytime Breakfast later in the day will be charged as per the hotel's standard breakfast rates.

• Meals are freshly cooked-to-order and available complimentary throughout the day.

• Please note that only the items listed on the Anytime Breakfast menu are available after regular breakfast hours. Any additional requests will be chargeable as per the applicable menu prices.

100% PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATIONS (THE JOY OF BELONGING)

All our hotels are pet-friendly and welcome guests traveling with their canine or feline companions, subject to prior reservation and acceptance of the hotel's pet policy.

Mandatory Booking Terms & Conditions:

• The hotel management reserves the right to allow pets.

• Except for canines and felines, no other animals are permitted on the property as pets.

• Pets are allowed to check in only with prior reservation.

• Pets are allowed only in a particular section of rooms to restrict their movement in public areas.

• Your pet should not weigh more than 30 kg. Pets exceeding the weight limit may be accepted at the hotel management's discretion. Please check with the hotel in advance.

• Aggressive canine breeds and banned breeds, such as Rottweilers and Pit Bulls, are not allowed. Large, aggressive or high-risk dog breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Boxers and Mastiffs are restricted.

• A maximum of one pet is allowed per room.

• A charge of $11 plus applicable taxes, per pet per day, applies as a "Deep Cleaning Fee" and shall be added to the guest invoice upon departure.

• You are required to be present if your pet is in your room when any service is provided.

• Please contact our front desk when you require your room to be serviced.

• Pets must be clean and free from any dirt or mud, and it is the owner's responsibility to bathe the pet if it gets dirty.

• Pets must not carry any infection or parasites.

• Guests must carry the pet's valid vaccination certificate.

• Pets should be kept on a leash at all times while in hotel public areas and inside the room while room servicing is being done.

• It is the owner's responsibility to take measures to prevent barking at night, to ensure that other guests are not disturbed.

• Pets cannot be left outside at any time and must be taken inside the room with the guest.

• Please bring your pet's food bowls and bedding. We don't offer beds.

• If your pet falls sick during the stay, the hotel management will not be liable in any way.

• If your pet likes to sleep on the bed, we will provide an additional bedcover. Please call reception to place your request.

• If your pet has dietary requirements, please check our pet menu. We do not keep specialised pet food.

• If the pet damages hotel property or stains fabric or carpet beyond normal cleaning, additional charges will be assessed as decided by the management.

• Pet relieving areas are marked. Kindly ask reception for directions; otherwise, guests are expected to take their pets outside the property for relieving.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the hotel or neighbourhood. Pet waste must be disposed of properly and flushed down a toilet, not buried in soil. A poop scoop is available on request.

• Our front desk associate will be happy to assist you with information on pet grooming salons, veterinary doctors, etc.

• We regret that pets are not allowed in restaurants, banquet areas, lounges, the lobby, pool, fitness centre, spa or any other guest area.

• Aggressive or unruly behaviour by pets will not be permitted on the property. Excessive barking or noise will result in the owner needing to make alternate arrangements for their pet.

• Please place the pet door hanger outside your door when your pet is in the room.

• If the guest leaves the hotel, the pet must not be left alone in the room. The hotel will not be responsible for the pet's stay, supervision or wellbeing; it is solely and exclusively the owner's responsibility.

By confirming a booking with a pet, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Pet-Friendly Stay Terms & Conditions.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
