Our 3-bedroom, 3 Bathroom private pool+spa vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation. On Canal- just North of Stump Pass. New Dock Recently Installed! Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for up to 6 at the dining table. Wrap Around Porch overlooks the canal. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway (boat trailer parking available) Beach Supplies including chairs, umbrella, cart + cooler, Two 2-person Kayaks. Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom with Private Balcony (Private Attached Bathroom), Bedroom 2: One King Bedroom (Attached Bathroom), Bedroom 3: Two Queen Bedroom. The pool faces West, pool size is 24x11 Spa is 6' in Diameter, Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month. In order to heat the Spa, the additional cost must be paid. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. There is no parking in the garage- the owner's private vehicle is parked in the garage. Boat Lift is Not Available for Guest Use. There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Security Camera Disclosure- There is a Ring doorbell camera monitored by the owners.
