Half a mile from the incredible shopping and dining found at historic Punta Gorda Downtown. * Punta Gorda Private Pool Home Sleeps up to 6 * 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms * Additional Family Room * Dog-Friendly (with fee) * Private Pool faces Northeast * Kayaks / Bikes * Canal leads to Charlotte Harbor * Fully Equipped Kitchen with dining for 8 at the dining table * Seating area with fire table on lanai overlooks the pool and canal. BEDROOMS (Single-story home) - Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private attached Bathroom) - Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom - Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom . Dock: Size is 6' x 30'. Brand new dock.
