Cape Coral Private Pool on Canal - Canal access to Caloosahatchee River! Our 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom private pool vacation home is the best option for a quiet and lovely waterside stay. Private Pool faces North West for gorgeous sunsets on the lanai, Pool includes an infinity edge for a lovely water view experience. Dock on Canal Available for use (Boat lift not available). Fully Equipped Kitchen, Formal dining table with additional seating for 4, Outdoor living at its best with lanai seating area overlooking canal, Beach Items. BEDROOMS (Single-story home) Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private attached Bathroom) 43" Smart TV, Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom  43" Smart TV, Bedroom 3: Two Queen Bedroom 43" Smart TV. Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use, While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.  Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.  BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Parking: Two Car Garage, Two Car Driveway Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge to replace it.  No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
