Englewood Private Pool Vacation Home - 6 Miles To Gulf Beaches. Our 2-bedroom + Office, 2 Bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for up to 4 at the dining table. Dedicated Office Space, Parking for 2 cars in the driveway + 1 garage. Beach Supplies including chairs, umbrella + cooler. BEDROOMS (Single-story home) Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private Attached Bathroom), Bedroom 2: Two Twin Bedroom, Office with Futon. The pool faces South, Pool size is 25x15, and Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. One car can park in the garage. Two cars can fit in the driveway. Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge to replace it. Security Camera Disclosure- There is a Ring doorbell camera monitored by the owners. There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
