Enjoy a seaside barbeque on the condo complex grounds as you watch surfers with the backdrop of Kona's spectacular sunsets. The unit is located on the mountain/garden side of the complex on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The pool and ocean/shoreline access is a short walk directly across the street.
