The history of Florida4you began with a time-out in 2007. A few weeks in the Sunshine State were enough for us - Marco & Martina Streng - to get to know and love the country and its people. In 2009 we welcomed the first vacation guests to our new second home. In addition to our own commitment to smooth operations, our manager Judi Anderson is available for the loving care of our guests on-site. Our German office is managed by our dedicated employee Stefanie Stapel, who guarantees our guests from all over the world uncomplicated handling of their booking.

Summer, sun, beach, and sea - otherwise you can hardly define happiness. Enjoy a dream vacation close to Cape Coral Beach! Your accommodation - "Studio Starfish" - is located in an easy-building building complex with a total of 5 units. Each unit has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The entrance of your accommodation is located at the back of the building so that you are guaranteed absolute privacy. The studio offers in one room everything you need for a carefree stay: 1 queen size bed, a small sitting area, and a kitchen counter with a kitchenette (equipped among others with a mini oven and 2 hotplates). The huge community pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals. In an extra room are the washing machine and dryer for common use (for a fee).

Neighborhood info

Downtown is only a little walk away and offers a mix of residential, shopping, entertainment, food, health, and work in an Italian Venetian look. The water paradise of Florida offers, among many different water sports facilities, numerous fishing spots and the South West region is the home of the largest number of golf courses in the USA. Lush green golf turf-covered large areas of Cape Coral. Several tennis courts are there to play. The central location of Cape Coral and the proximity to the neighboring city of Fort Myers provide a varied holiday. The beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island can be reached quickly by car. In addition to sunny days on the white sand beach, the nightlife of Fort Myers Beach is a special experience. Huge shopping malls and outlets invite you to shop in Fort Myers. On day trips you can visit Florida’s attractions such as Disney World or Cape Canaveral. Other cities - Miami, Tampa, St. Petersburgh, and St. Augustine - are within easy reach. The Everglades, with its numerous alligators, is practically at the door.
