“The building is old but the unit was nicely updated inside with Ikea furnishings. The Lift to Winter Park ski resort was just outside the building. The indoor pool and hot tub is in the building next door.”

Updated 3rd floor condo is close to clubhouse, 1 block walk to downtown & on the free town shuttle. New kitchen appliances and cabinets make mealtime a snap. Dining table has plenty of room and is open to the main living room with vaulted ceilings for additional light in the main room, new sofa, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and access to the private deck with a wonderful mountain view to celebrate the alpenglow as it highlights the Continental Divide.
