The cottages have all the quaint features of Carmel and is located just 1 block from the shops and restaurants and art galleries. It has kitchen amenities, decks and quiet evenings after strolling the streets of Carmel. The cottages are duplex style with the larger cottage above at street level and the 1 bedroom on the lower private level since the lot is sloped. Both cottages have separate entrances and parking. The upper larger cottage has use of a deck and table with 4 chairs. The lower 1-bedroom cottage has use of the rear yard and a deck. We have beach decor and comfortable beds. We love being a 10–15-minute walk to the beach. You can walk down 4th, wind through a couple streets and find access to the beach either at Ocean Ave. or near the Pebble Beach gate.
We love travelling to new destinations and feel Carmel offers stunning beauty and quaint charm. Sally grew up in Carmel and has always loved coming back. It is a special place for everyone. We hope you have a wonderful memory filled trip to Carmel by the Sea!
The neighborhood is a mix of single-family homes, hotels (Vagabond Inn located across the street), shops nearby and restaurants within 2 blocks. It is nice to come back to a quiet cottage in the evenings. There are several restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner within 2 blocks. All are wonderful and unique. You can walk down to the beach through the neighborhood or over to Ocean Avenue to the main beach area.
