Chase ‘N Rainbows by Castle Resorts is the vacation rental division of Castle Resorts & Hotels. Established in 1979 in West Maui, we have evolved to include vacation rentals across the Hawaiian Islands of Maui, Kaua‘i, O‘ahu and Hawai‘i Island. Accommodations range from hotels rooms and studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos and villas as well as private homes. This open-design, air-conditioned 758 sq. ft. retreat invites you to prep meals in the gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar. Other touches include ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, and WiFi. Sleeps 4 in 1 King and 1 Sofa bed. Fringing a sandy beach park and within easy walking distance of Kailua-Kona, Kona Reef Resort welcomes you to sunny days and gorgeous sunsets on Hawaii Island’s west shore. It’s the easy life with an oceanfront swimming pool, jet spa, and poolside cabana with grills. GENERAL RULES 1. Quiet Time: Please respect your neighbors. No noise (voices, TV, stereos) between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. At all other times, keep noise to a minimum. 2. Pool: o Abide by posted pool hours. o Proper swim attire is mandatory. o Shower off sand and salt water before entering. o No suntan oils, ointments, hairpins, or other items that could clog the filtration system. o Glass containers or bottles are not permitted in pool or spa. o Maximum pool occupancy must be adhered to. o No smoking around pool/spa. 3. Swimming: o No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. o Infants and those with limited swimming ability must be monitored by an adult. o No spa use for individuals with medical issues or infants. 4. Guests: o Limit of 2 guests per vacationer. o Guests must be accompanied by a registered adult when using pool/spa. o No overnight guests. 5. Garbage Disposal/Pickup: o No carcasses in the trash (dispose at Waiohinu Transfer Station). o Garbage is picked up every Thursday around 10:00 am. o USD 25 charge for each extra bag (only 3 large bags taken weekly). 6. Emergency: o In case of emergency, call 911 for police, fire, or ambulance services. 7. No Smoking Property: This is a strict no smoking property.
