After a long day of adventure, come back and cozy up in this peaceful getaway. This studio offers comfort and privacy while still being close to beaches, hiking trails & all the coast has to offer. We have rescue ducks 🦆 and chickens on the property as well. They are not next to the studio, but in the corner of the property, you are welcome to view them.

We are available to answer questions or help with anything needed during your stay but your space is private and you will be left alone.

The neighborhood is quiet and has quite a few retirees. There are places to walk directly from the studio and a dog park not too far away. Parking is available directly in front of the studio. There is plenty of areas to walk, bike and drive. House Rules: Please… 1. Coastal Studio is not a “party house”. ANY drunken and disorderly behavior will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the property. 2. Individual booking the reservation will be solely responsible for any damage or broken house rules by guests in party. 3. We have a strict no loud noise policy ( i.e. excessively loud partying, fireworks, horns, etc.) for the respect for our neighbors. County Ordinance for quiet time during hours of 10pm-7am. 4. All guests on the property must be registered. Registered guests must have acceptable standing on Airbnb. 5. There is parking available for 1 vehicle. No more than 1 vehicle may be on the premises without approval. 6. Any broken or missing property will be charged to the according guest. Also do not move furniture and please put back items moved to other locations. 7. Please make sure pets are always monitored and not left to run without a leash outside and you clean up after them. If you happen to rescue an animal (domesticated or wild) on your trip please let us know. We support helping animals! ❤️ 8. No Smoking on the property at any time. 9. Please keep food sealed and do not leave cat/dog food out so as not to attract bugs.
