There is nothing like a tranquil getaway to Seaside to truly disconnect from daily life and forget about everything else! This welcoming, family-friendly home enjoys a wonderful location with access to the recreational trail for biking and is adjacent to Sabado Park, just one block away. Other great attractions and places to visit include Other Brother Brewery, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Dennis The Menace Playground, Bayonet & Black Horse (golf), Golden State Theatre, Laguna Seca Raceway, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Fort Ord Dunes State Park, and Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. Other excellent locales are only a short drive away, such as the Monterey Bay region and the central California coast, which includes Big Sur and Santa Cruz. The home offers a cozy and inviting ambiance with a thoughtful design, beautiful wood floors, and an open floor plan for spaciousness. Spread out comfortably in the living room with great ocean views and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The bedrooms are south-facing for warmth and isolated for privacy. The backyard deck is bathed in sunlight and is the perfect spot for summertime barbecues. There are two chairs and an umbrella provided for your comfort. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
