Completely remodeled condo directly on the ocean. Hear the crashing of the waves all night long. The views are spectacular and you will not be disappointed. Upon reserving unit, we will email out a welcome packet with activities and access information for your arrival. Alii Villas sits on the furthest point out on the ocean looking over the Kailua Bay. You will see ships, canoes and dolphins from your Lanai.
We love meeting people from all over the world. You will see us out on canoes passing by almost everyday. We compete in outrigger canoe events all over the world and love being on the water.
Alii Villas is in walking distance to the heart of Kona. We have a free trolly that goes the entire length of Alii Drive should you not want to drive.
